ar design reserves the right to change the method of shipping. All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a verified Billing Address. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. Time for credit card orders to be processed completely is approximately 24-72 hours from original order date.

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items or cancelled orders that have been shipped. There are absolutely no refunds for special order or custom products. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Returned items will only be accepted if the items are returned to ar design within 7 Days of the invoice date. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip, without exception. So save your paper work, please.

Before installing anything, one must make sure that everything is correct. We are not liable or responsible for incorrect product selection or installation.

ar design is not liable for any shipping damages. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on personalized or custom order items. It is company policy to charge customers all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee on all products shipped. Please inspect packaging and contents for damage upon receipt. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection as Fedex requires orginal packaging for inspection in order to process a claim. Do not break down or throw away package. Buyer must notify seller within 3 business days or risk nullification of exchange or refund policy. Every item shipped is thoroughly inspected for damage before shipping.

Please call before returning an item for authorization.  Send a copy of the invoice and the reason for your return. 

Products sold by ar design are NOT street legal, emissions legal, and it is soley up to the purchaser to determine if the product will suit their needs. Products sold are for off-road use ONLY.

Only the manufactuer warranty if there is one, will be valid. All associated models are registered trademarks of the respective companies.
